Email support@1099copy.com. Tell us the email address on your account so we can find it, and what you were trying to do. We read every message and reply by email.
Please don't put Social Security numbers or full tax ID numbers in an email. We will never ask for them that way.
Common questions
When can I file?
Filing opens in January 2027, for tax year 2026. Until then you can create an account, try the demo with your own spreadsheet, and tell us what you plan to file. The forms list on the home page shows what is planned for January and what comes later.
How much does it cost?
1099copyis paid software. We haven't published prices yet. You will see the price before you file.
Does the demo upload my spreadsheet?
No. The demo reads your file in your browser and never sends it to us.
I can't sign in, or I forgot my password.
Your 1099copy account is a Paperwork ID account. You can reset your password here. If that doesn't work, email support@1099copy.com from the address on your account.
How do I see, change, or delete my account?
Sign in, open the account menu, and choose Account & privacy, or go there directly. Privacy requests can also go to privacy@1099copy.com.
Do you give tax advice?
No. 1099copyprepares and transmits information returns. It doesn't give tax or legal advice.
